“When I was little I wanted to be a flight attendant so I could see the whole world. But as soon as I started singing I developed a whole new set of dreams that included everything involved in the opera/musical theater/theater business.”

“Considering that we like to unwind from work by belting out Britney at top volume in the car, we wondered how Hilty unwinds when singing is her job. ‘I like to sing terribly,’ she confided. ‘I’ve taught Kat [McPhee] how to do it, too, so now we do duets on set together and drive everyone crazy. We like to make up songs about anything that comes to mind, so not only is the tune terrible, but the lyrics are terrible.’” [x]

I did not make this secret, but I one-hundred percent agree with it.
This song brought me more joy than I can even put into words. When it was open, I went to see the show on a day when I just needed a pick me up, and I ended up sobbing through I Just Might and the above mentioned song.
This musical was not perfect by any means, but it meant so much to me for what it gave me: strength and a sun to hopefully see shine when the crying’s all done.
Thank you, 9 to 5. Thank you so much.

Oh hey. What happened with Megan and Allison’s wigs? And who did Megan’s makeup, so I can make sure they never touch another blush palette again?
^^ completely agree. So much unnecessary airbrushing going on in this picture…
